  • Coloured copy of your Passport
  • Copy of your KRA PIN Certificate
  • Recent coloured passport-size photograph
  • Proof of residence, such as a work permit, utility bill, or bank statement
  • Duly completed W-9 and FATCA forms (U.S.A Residents only)
